Restocking Fees and Return Shipping Fees

Returns are subject to restocking fees of 15% – 25% and return shipping fees. RaidBox Inc. may assess the restocking fees and return shipping fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fees from the refund amount on all returns, subject to the Return Policy. RaidBox Inc. reserves the right to adjust the value of any item returned for refund to reflect its current market price, in which case the restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.

For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. RaidBox Inc. does NOT charge for restocking fees or return shipping labels for returns of defective products, or if you received the wrong item, the item did not match what was shown on the Raidnow.com website or mobile application (the “Site”), or if we have made some other shipping error, provided the item is within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy. For returns of unopened items that are returned in the original condition as shipped within its return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, RaidBox Inc. does NOT charge for restocking fees, but customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. In the event a product is returned that is not defective or an incorrect product or where the product does match what was shown on the Site, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by RaidBox Inc. will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee that may apply.

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you will receive a full refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.​

• Defective items through no fault of your own
• Wrong items shipped
• Items that did not match what was shown on Raidnow.com (the "Site")
• Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped​

Partial refunds

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy, you may receive a partial refund to the original form of payment* for the items listed below.​

​85% of the item’s purchase price and you are responsible for any return shipping costs

• Non-defective items that are returned opened
• Non-defective special orders or custom-built items
• Unopened items purchased through Raidnow.com (the "Site"). that are returned in the original condition as shipped
• Non-defective items that are returned unopened and outside of the return policy period​

75% of the item’s purchase price and you are responsible for any return shipping costs

• Opened, Non-defective special orders or custom-built items in original condition​

Up to 50% of the item’s purchase price but you are responsible for any return shipping costs

• Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse not due to RaidBox Inc. error​

​Rejected items will be returned to the customer

• Physical user damage.​
